Something small and green hops through the wet grass. It watches with big, round eyes. Then its long tongue shoots out from its mouth. It caught an insect!
Did you just see a frog? Or was it a toad? These animals look very similar, but they are different. Read this book to become an expert at telling these look-alikes apart!
Learn the fascinating differences between similar animals in the Animal Look-Alikes series--part of the Lightning Bolt Books(tm) collection. With high-energy designs, exciting photos, and fun text, Lightning Bolt Books(tm) bring nonfiction topics to life!

K picked this book up from his school library.

We got to learn a bit more about the difference between a Toad and a Frog besides what they look like. We learned the difference in leg shape, jumping, eggs being laid. A lot of new things I didn't know before. The illustrations are great the book and the information is easy to understand! A great way for kids to learn the difference comparing a Toad and a Frog.
