For hundreds of years tales of dragons have been told and cherished. What child hasn't wished to have his or her own dragon or to fight the great fire-breathers?
Pegasus – A Dragon’s Tale is the delightful, heartwarming story of two young bear cubs and the dragon they find that changes their lives forever.
We received this book to give an honest review.
I tried reading this book to A who is three but she didn't seem to enjoy it. So I read it to K who is 9 and he seemed to enjoy the book more. Pegasus is a dragon that two bear cubs find and take care of until he is too big to live in the castle. When they need to be saved from an evil warlord who is there to save the day? Well Pegasus of course.
Now honestly the illustrations seemed to soft looking in color I think maybe they need to be brightened up a bit.
Second I am not sure about the whole scene where the bears are tied up for the younger kids. As far as my son who is 9 goes he knows that it is just a book and not real but my three year old is another story. She was sad to seem them tied up even though there is a happy ending.
